About ExtruPharm
ExtruPharm is a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) specializing in the development of polymer-based drug delivery devices
Since 2018, we have been helping companies bring complex ideas to life through expertise in extrusion technologies, injection molding, and custom device engineering. Our focus is on creating drug-eluting implants, parenteral devices, and combination products that improve patient outcomes through controlled drug release.
In 2025, ExtruPharm expanded into a new 5,500 sq. ft. R&D facility in Auburn, Massachusetts, enabling us to deliver analytical support and scalable prototype manufacturing with seamless pathways toward GMP production through tech transfer partnerships.
